Perth housing values slipped lower in August, down another half a percent.
CoreLogic has released their newest housing market update for September 2019.
Since peaking in mid-2014 Perth housing values are down a cumulative 20.6%.
Although values are still tracking lower across Perth, the three-month trend has lost some of its downwards momentum, especially across the top quartile detached housing sector where the rate of decline has been the mildest.
While housing values are still doing it tough, Perth rents are up 2.4% over the past year which is one of the strongest rental increases across the capital cities.
